Westboro Tennis and Swim Club EFT System

In order to make collection of amounts owed more convenient for members, we are now offering a way to link your clubhouse account to your credit card or bank account.  New members must provide us with this information in order to join, while existing members may optionally take advantage of this product at any time. 

1.  How does the system work?

• Your purchases will be billed as normal at the front desk at the point of sale.

• You will receive a monthly statement as usual.

• Around the 15th of each month, after you have reviewed your statement, your credit card or bank account will be billed the entire amount due.

• You cannot pay your bill by check or cash after the last day of the month once it has transferred to our EFT billing agent.

• Your information is password protected in our computer system and all written documents containing your account information are shredded after they are entered into the computer system.

• Any billing errors brought to our attention after the EFT period will be optionally credited back to your membership account or credited to your funds source.

2.  Current members

• Please contact Ellen in membership services in order to enroll

• Once you switch to EFT, you cannot switch back to non-EFT billing.

• Why switch?  Lower monthly membership rates, convenience, no finance charges or late penalties, earn Rewards points on your credit card...

3.  New members

• New members must provide us with account information in order to join, whether you are on the monthly plan or annual plan.

• Juniors must provide account information of a parent or guardian who authorizes charges.
