Parents Should be Aware of our
Kids' Club
Welcome to Kids' Club! Our services are available to members and guests of Westboro Tennis & Swim Club while they are on the premises of the club. Parents must remain on club property at all times children are at Kids' Club. This multi-room facility includes separate infant and toddler rooms, as well as large, bright activity rooms for preschool and school-aged children (under 12). Our facility also includes a well-equipped outdoor play area. In keeping with our club policy that all children under 12 years of age must have adult supervision unless they are enrolled in a program, please make sure that you drop your children under 12 off at Kids' Club if you are participating in a program or using the facility where your child would not be under your direct supervision.
Infants must be at least 2 months old in order to come to Kids' Club. We ask that you pack a few diapers and a change of clothes. Snacks, food, and bottles brought from home will be given to the children on an individual and as needed basis. Please mark all items (clothes, snacks, etc.) with your child's name. We will offer a limited assortment of snacks which can be added to your bill for services.
While parents and guests are using the club for an adult activity, we offer children the opportunity for both open play time as well as structured programs, all under the direction of our excellent Kids' Club Staff. Our goal is to provide a variety of play services and activities for children using different formats and mediums. The staff of Kids' Club is committed to quality, child-centered care for all of our members.
Kids' Club staff will also be available to escort any child to and from club programs, such as swim and tennis lessons. We ask that you sign up for this service at the front counter when you sign your child in.

The first hour will focus on a different sport each week, such as basketball, soccer, baseball, tag games, and more. The next hour will be spent brushing up on water skills by playing water basketball, water polo, using snorkels, fins, and more. |

~These are all “Drop- In” hours.
No Reservation needed for Children ages 3 and over. Reservations required for children 2 and under during the evening hours (3:00 -8:00 p.m.) so that we may staff accordingly.

Evening and Weekend Advance Reservation:
Same day reservations will be taken based on availability. Please sign up one day before for advanced reservation times.
Additional Fees:
To provide proper staffing and maintain the high quality of services to children, all sign-ups are subject to cancellation, no show, and late fees.
Cancellations:
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations called less than
one hour prior to your reserved time.
No Shows:
A no show fee of not less than $10 will be charged for any no shows.
Late Drop Offs:
The fee for the full reserved time will be charged, if drop off is more than 15
minutes late.
Late Pickups:
Children MUST be picked up by the designated closing time. Late pickups will be
charged $5 for each 15 minutes beyond the designated closing time.
Food Allergies/Medications: Please inform staff of any food allergies your child has, or medication he/she is currently taking. Children should always be symptom-free of illness before attending Kids' Club.
