The Westboro Tennis and Swim Club's water fitness program has been in existence since 1987!  We offer many classes for many different levels.  Due to the popularity of the program, we recently hired a dedicated Water Fitness Coordinator, Darline Yatim.  As she redesigns our program, this web page will be updated with more information.  These classes are FREE to Swim Members or Group Exercise members! Scroll down for a current calendar of events and descriptions.  A printable form in PDF is available HERE!

We are also now offering personal training through water fitness, called "Recovery Through Water."  These appointments are excellent for people interested in a more personal water fitness session, as well as those recovering from injuries who wish to learn particular exercises or movements that will aid in long term recovery.  Please contact Darline for more information.
