NEW EMAIL STATEMENT POLICY

Starting in June, 2008, WT&SC will begin emailing statements to members.  It is important that we have accurate email addresses for all accounts, so please take a moment to email us your correct email, or to check the next time you are at the desk. 

In the months of June, July and August, members will be post mailed a statement and emailed a statement.  If you receive a statement in the post mail but DO NOT receive an email, there is a problem with the email address we have on file.  Either we have an outdated email, no email, or your spam filter may be blocking our message.  Please fill out the form contained in your billing statement and return it with your current email address. Please contact us if you do not receive a monthly statement.  ONLY members with balances receive monthly statements. If you are an EFT member, the emailed statement is for informational purposes only.

Starting in September, monthly statements will be emailed only.  We will no longer be mailing them via post mail.  If you owe a balance and are not an EFT member, simply print out your statement and remit your balance to the club as you have in the past.  Please remember, the fact that you do not receive an email statement does not relieve your obligation to pay your bill.  It is the member's responsibility to keep accounts current and remit regular payments. 

If you do not have an email address, you may pick up a courtesy copy of your statement at the front desk on request. 

Also starting soon, members will have the ability to book tennis courts and personal training sessions online!
